Wailani Maika'i Aloha! I love the way this music came to me - so organically. I am extremely touched by the whole album, as I feel the Divine Feminine singing through Noelani and she truly embodies the love she preaches with every word and cord. My favourite is E Ho Mai song as the presence and flow it shares while on video touches my spirit so deeply. Favorite track: E Ho Mai.

about

Inspired by chants from the Hawaiian and yogic traditions, Noelani Love has brought these ancient mantras back to life with an acoustic ukulele vibe that transports you to the beaches of Hawaii. These powerful mantras are meant to activate the healer within each of us and soothe the soul. Sing along, and feel the power of your own sacred resonance. Allow the sound healing experience of your own voice to become your medicine.

Mahalos:
I would like to offer my deepest gratitude to my parents for first teaching me how to use my voice and speak my truth. My brother Christopher and my sister Emilia for singing our hearts out as kids to many great songs. Tutu for giving me my first home in Hawaii so that I could connect back with my Hawaiian roots. My ukulele teachers Wai Kane, Kendyl Beschen and Emily Abrigo for showing me how to sync with the sounds of this beautiful stringed instrument! Romey Sealey for introducing me to mantra music and the practice of Kundalini Yoga, which set me on my path as a teacher. My teacher Gurmukh for sharing her wisdom with me in a time of deep confusion, “Noelani, just keep playing your ukulele." Lilly Barels and Kate Baldwin for assigning us the homework of sharing a mantra with our class. Katie Fisher for introducing me to the gift of sound healing and my crystal bowls. Anandra George, for giving me a foundation in Sanskrit, and for helping me find my soul song by bringing me back to India again and again to sit with Ma Ganga. Stephanie Keiko Kong for being my song sister in the fertile garden isle of Kauai. My Hawaiian oli teacher A’ia’i Bello for helping me discover the native healer and teacher within. Tadashi Koutatsu of Blue Moon Craft for my beautiful custom ukulele that has created so much magic in the world. Erica Jago and Kristin Klein for continually planting the seeds in my ear to bring this album alive. Akiko Oishi, Phaedra Ledbetter, Barbara Kraft and my lululemon ohana for your generous contributions. Elise, Jasmine and Meli for "beeing" my sisters. Big Thank you to Red Mahan for capturing me in my goddess state for the cover of this album. Thank you to Chloe Ganahl for the beautiful underwater images capturing me in my mermaid essence. And thank you to Michelle Baty for the beautiful graphic design of this album! My beloved Dusty and son Aukai for all of your support and love as I discover my voice, and for allowing me to be vulnerable as I understand and integrate this wisdom into our lives. Mahalo to my dear friends, family and staff for all of your love and support. Thank you all for helping to make this dream a reality. I humbly bow to you.
