This Gurmukhi mantra is from the Kundalini tradition. It connects the energies of the Sun (Ra), Moon (Ma), Earth (Da) and Infinity (Sa), and stimulates the kundalini energy to flow through the chakras to create deep healing. This mantra is most powerful in a healing circle, where many people are gathered around to help facilitate healing for those in the center of the circle. It can also be used to create healing for loved ones who are not present, just by directing your focus or intention towards them.
